1. Community Access Transportation
Safe, reliable transportation to support access to the community, including medical appointments, social activities, employment, and daily living needs.
Includes: Door-to-door or hand-to-hand assistance as needed.
2. Community Integration Support (1:1)
In-person support provided in the community to help participants engage in activities aligned with their goals.
Examples:

Attending classes, events, or recreational outings

Practicing social skills

Building confidence in public settings
3. Supported Community Outings (Transport + Support)
A bundled service combining transportation and in-person support during outings.
Examples:

Grocery shopping trips

Gym or wellness activities

Volunteer or social outings
4. Independent Living Skills Support
Hands-on guidance in real-life settings to build independence.

5. Employment Access Support (Non-Job Coaching)
Transportation and general support to help participants access employment opportunities.
Includes:

Rides to work or training

6. Travel Training
Instruction and support to help participants learn how to safely navigate transportation options independently.
Examples:

Using rideshare apps

Understanding routes and scheduling

Safety awareness in transit
7. Errand & Appointment Support
Assistance beyond transportation—staff can remain with the participant to provide support during errands or appointments.
8. Caregiver Relief Community Outings
Supervised outings that provide meaningful engagement for participants while offering temporary relief for caregivers.
